Why Supernova?
When a star reaches the end of its life it releases extraordinary energy that transforms itself and everything around it. The elements released in supernovas become the building blocks of new stars, new planets and new life.
Human transformation is not that different.
Organizations, teams and people reach moments where old ways and systems no longer work. Conflict emerges. New possibilities appear.
These moments can feel chaotic or disturbing, but they are actually moments of creation.
Through thoughtful design and powerful conversations I help people, teams and organizations to release the human energy needed to build something better.
Hi, I’m Tracey Peever.

I am a catalyst, conductor and champion of supernova moments.
I believe that our shared human future depends on the ability to come together,
find common ground through difference and make sense of a rapidly-changing, digitally-enabled world.
Now, more than ever, we need each other and our most human strengths & capacities to sustain life on our planet, live an intentional, joyful life and develop caring relationships.
I honour the power of conversation as the most ancient, sacred and powerful process for personal and collective development.
I have learned to design and facilitate gatherings of applied learning and focused dialogue for positive development of people and their shared environment. I love facilitating and witnessing those supernova moments of clarity, release and creativity.

Formative experiences
Prior to completing my Masters degree in 2011 and shifting my career to Organization Development, facilitation and coaching, I completed a four-year certification process with Anusara Yoga. I taught yoga, mindfulness, meditation and yoga for tango dancers in Montreal, Toronto, Victoria and the USA from 2004 – 2014. The practices and principles of non-dual philosophy and self-awareness have significantly informed my life and work.
My business acumen and entrepreneurial drive developed through 12 years of working in the digital communications industry in Montreal.
I managed large digital projects, teams and client accounts in the telecom, fashion and investor relations’ industries. It was these experiences that drove me to understand how humans communicate and collaborate from wildly different bodies of understanding and cultures, and drove me to complete my Masters in Human Systems Intervention at Concordia University.
