I design and facilitate tailored team learning and dialogue to support leadership development and culture change for a volatile, complex, ambiguous and infinitely uncertain digital world.

I facilitate customer-centered research, journey mapping and service blueprinting as a participatory process of service improvement and culture change.

Keynote speaking

I offer keynote sessions from 10 to 90 minutes that typically focus on the relationships between organizational structures, collective cultures, agile leadership behaviours and mental health.

My speaking approach typically includes audience participation for reflection and relationship building.

Human interaction design

I design human interaction strategies to maximize relationship-building and learning, integrated into live event forums, conferences, networking and arts-based social events. This can include space and auditory design, connection moments, icebreaker games that aren’t cringe, facilitated dialogue or conversation prompts.
